Application Process

1. To begin the application process, please email or text us to schedule a Zoom meeting and/or an in-person tour of our campus. Goodness of fit is initially based on information gathered by and from the family. Additional information, previous school records, and a student interview may also be requested.

2. Once goodness of fit is determined, families will need to submit a completed Application and a one time $75 application fee. Families will go on an interest list in the order their applications are received. However, the order in which we admit students will also depend upon which classes have openings.

3. Families on the interest list are notified as soon as an appropriate placement is available for their student. The Enrollment Contract, $275 enrollment fee, and tuition deposit is due at that time. The tuition deposit is 1/10 of annual tuition.

2024 - 2025 Forms & Fees

Enrollment Forms & Fees:

  • Application due after tour with $75 fee (one-time)

  • Enrollment Contract due at time of enrollment with $275 fee (annual)

  • Trial Day Fee the first trial day is paid for in the application fee. Any additional days following the first trial day will be $25 per day.

  • Tuition Deposit (new students only) At the time of enrollment, families should pay one-tenth of the total tuition for the year. This deposit can either reduce the cost of monthly payments equally across their annual payment plan, or it can be applied to the last payment of the year.

  • Onboarding (New Students Only) $800 to help cover the cost of our expanding school. The fee can be paid up front or added to tuition. (one time)

  • Families will be asked to complete and fill out paperwork via DocuSign.

  • Family Handbook

Tuition: Tuition can be paid in up to 10 monthly installments. Upon enrollment, families will set up a payment plan with the office and fill out an ACH Direct Debit form, so that payments can be processed automatically each month.

  • Kindergarten-5th Grade - $12,400

  • 6th Grade-12th Grade - $14,400

  • Begonias Full Time - $16,900

  • Begonias 3 Day - $11,800

  • Begonias 2 Day - $8400

After School Care will be available from 3:30 to 5:30 PM each full day of school.

  • Annual Aftercare (unlimited) -$750

  • Monthly Cost - $100

Tuition Discounts: These are the tuition discounts available for 2024-2025 School Year.

  • Pre-Paid Tuition Discount for entire year-$1000 (Deadline 4/15/24)

  • Pre-Paid Tuition Discount Per Semester-

    Deadline Date: 4/15 for Fall Semester-$400

    Deadline Date:10/15 for Spring Semester-$400

  • Sibling Discount-$300 (After 1st Sibling Enrollment)
